工作许可证将有什么变化？
答：外国人工作许可证（蓝色卡片）信息将被加载到社保卡中；这意味着实体社保卡和电子社保卡将逐步取代实体工作许可证。2024年12月1日之后，政府将不再发放实体工作许可证。
电子社保卡如何获取？
答：外国人入境后，可在手机下载电子社保卡APP，凭姓名、工作许可号码或社会保障号码等信息注册并实名、实人认证后，领取含工作许可信息的电子社保卡。
若外国人已申领实体社保卡后，电子社保卡将同步提供标准服务。
我的实体工作许可证还在有效期内，我是否应该在2024年12月1日之后立即注册获取我的电子社保卡？
答：不用。根据政府的文件，按照“不变不换”原则，建议待外国人在现有工作许可证申请延期或变更时再进行操作。
居留许可如何办理？
有关部门可通过信息系统核验，或直接查看电子社保卡、扫描工作许可二维码，查询并获取其工作许可信息。
领取电子社保卡后，外国人是否必须要缴纳社保？
答：就政府机关目前发布的信息来看，这部分政策没有任何变化。这意味着外国人仍然可以继续和以前一样的选择。
What changes will be made to the work permit?
A: The information of the foreigner's work permit card (the blue card) will be loaded into the social security card; it means the physical social security card, or the electronic social security card will be used instead of the physical work permit card gradually. The government will no longer issue the physical work permit card after 1st Dec 2024.
How to obtain an electronic social security card?
A:After entry, foreigners can download the electronic social security card APP on their mobile phones, register with their names, work permit numbers or social security numbers, and obtain the electronic social security card containing work permit information after real name and personal authentication.
If a foreigner has applied for an entity social security card, the electronic social security card will simultaneously provide standard services.
My physical work permit is still valid for a while, should I register my E-social security card app immediately after 1st Dec 2024?
A:Not in a hurry, based on the government introduction, they suggest you do it when you need to renew or change the information of your work permit.
I didn't pay the social security before; can I still get my E-social security card?
A: Yes, you can. Every foreigner has the work permit can register the APP and get your own E-social security card. The difference between you paid or not pay the social security are:
1.If you paid the social security, you could further obtain a physical social security card and activate the full benefit/function of the China social security.
2.If you don't pay the social security, then you will only have a E-social security card with your work permit information in it. (can not enjoy the China social security benefits)
Do I have to pay the social security after I get my E-social security card?
A:As far as the information which the government published, it's nothing change on this part. It means you still can continue exact the same choice as before.
